4 days in paris

I’ve had this trip on the calendar for the better part of the year; to say I’m more than ready to go and excited is an understatement. This is my first REAL vacation in YEARS! It’s not tacked on to the front or back-end of a business trip. It’s a bonafide “I took PTO (paid time off) trip”. With that, comes more leeway and allowing myself to indulge a bit in overpacking (at least for my standards). I’m sure many of you will still find this pretty minimalist, especially for a trip to one of the most regarded fashion capitals in the world. Per usual, I stuck to a typical color palette of black and white, with a pop. This time that pop came in the form of stripes and metallic rose MiuMiu platforms (not shown, but packed). All of these items fit comfortably in my Samsonite carry-on suitcase and give me more than enough options during the trip. Post trip, I will provide an update on how well these items worked for touring, lounging, eating and partying around Paris and for laying over at the Blue Lagoon in Iceland.

Here’s a break down of what I packed, for the list of items above click here.
